Brace reports three concessions in Parliament

The Socialist MP, Erjon Brace, also Chairman of the Commission of
Economy, reported another concession after that of the Customs scanning.
Brace reported the fiscal stamp and fuel coloring concessions, given by
the previous government.
Brace said it is absurd that half of the shares of a 360 million EUR business is sold for just 500 ALL, referring to the half of the scanning concession shares.
“I will not change anything from what I said two years ago about this concession, for that of the fiscal stamps and for the fuel coloring one. It was said that the stamp concession is the most modern one. But which one is the most modern, when, according to the IMF, there is no track and trace system? Which means that these stamps will not be tracked?”, Brace declared.
