Brace: Here’s the project in Porto Romano

The name of the Serbian businessman, Damir Fazlic, accused by the
opposition of taking favours from the government, is returning once
again in the attention of the Albanian political arena.
Socialist MP Erjon Brace, known for his constant reports against the activities of Damir Fazlic in our country, says on Facebook that this businessman, on the property that he has received in Porto Romano, has prepared a project for building a giant oil terminal.
“This is the project of Crown Acquisitions, property of Damir Faslic. The terminal of oil sub-products in Porto Romano”, declared Brace, who posted a copy of his project on Facebook. The Socialist MP declared that the terminal will be extended in 80.000 square meters and will serve for oil, petroleum, gas and fuels for aircrafts. The entire surrounding infrastructure will be built for helping it, such as roads and the new railway”, Brace declared, adding that the most important question is the ownership of the 80.000 square meters land, a question that he addresses to Argita Berisha.
“How did Damir Fazlic receive this land? Did he buy it? Is he a foreign citizen? Did you buy it and he bought it from you? Is there a legal base to this?”, Brace declared.
DP: Tell the cost of the dowry apartment building
The Democratic Party asked once again the Socialist leader, Edi Rama, to answer to the question how did the family members of his wife build a new building. DP suspects that there is a money laundering case.
“Mr.Rama, there are strong suspicions that the dowry apartment building has been used by you to launder the money that you have received by builders. We invite you to publish bills and bank accounts in which you have deposited the money, if those are not dirty money from the illegal fines that you have given to the Tirana builders or any other profit that you have received from criminal groups. The Democratic Party reminds you that the asset declaration law binds you to tell us the real price for the purchase of a 8000 square meter land at the Dajti Mountain, since the ridiculous price of 1.3 eur, or 200 ALL per square meter, was given in a area where other citizens have bought it for 2200 ALL or more. This shows that you are hiding the real price of the land. Once again, the Democratic Party reminds you that transparency is a legal obligation, and only those who fear it will hide from it”, the DP declared.
