Bosnia-Herzegovina will join the “Balkan Schengen”

Bosnia and Herzegovina will be the next country joining Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia in the so-called Balkan Schengen.

Mirko Sarovic, the Minister for Foreign Trade, declared or Radio Free Europe that Bosnia may sign the agreement in the meeting that will be held in Ohrid on November 10th.

“This initiative will be finalized and will have an essential influence for the economic growth of all countries that want to be part of it. For Bosnia, it will be very useful. The economy would grow”, Sarovic declared.

As for the two other Western Balkan countries, Kosovo and Montenegro, there is still on official decision whether they will be part of the project.

Albin Kurti has declared that he will talk with the Albanian Prime Minister first, to get to know more about the project, but he hasn’t categorically refused the participation.
