The OSCE Ambassador didn’t hide the appreciation that all Albanian parties were sitting in the dialogue table for the judiciary reform.
“I am starting this conference with hope and trust. The electoral process must continue in Albania, and the OSCE presence offers a place for dialogue, where all political parties can continue this key process”, Borchard declared.
However, the Democratic Party representative, Ivi Kaso, abandoned the meeting a few minutes after this speech.
The MPs of the new opposition also abandoned the meeting and said that they will not be part of a façade.
