Boboshtica trial fails

18/04/2011 12:45

The two witnesses appealed by the Korça Prosecution for the Boboshtica trial: the head of the Drenova Commune, Flamur Sala, and the priest of Saint Mary Church, Father Jani Trebicka; appeared to give their testimony for the violation of the village cemetery by the constructions that the Omonia association built upon them for the Greek memorial.

But the court has been adjourned even this time, and the two witnesses called by the prosecution did not give their testimonies, since one of the accused was missing.

Although the Court had decided to bring them under the police custody, the witnesses finally arrived on their own will, but the court was adjourned because one of the accused was absent, specifically the construction worker Luan Zaçe.

The witnesses left without giving their testimonies, to appear on another date.
