Public Health director at the Health Ministry, Gazmend Bejtja, declared
that the hygiene situation of the beaches in Golem and “Shkembi i
Kavajes”, Durres District, have been much better for this year.
Bejtja added that there have been 2784 cases of virosis only this week, and the greatest number comes from coastal towns such as Saranda and Vlore.
“4% of the cases are 1-4 year old children”, Bejtja added.
