During his visit to Greece, the Socialist leader, Edi Rama, was
accompanied by the MP of this Party, Fidel Ylli, who met the Albanian
sportsmen that live in Athens, such as Pirro Dhima, Luan Shabani, Foto
Strakosha and many others.
The former goalkeeper and captain of our national football team, Foto Strakosha, told his experience and problems that the Albanian sportsmen face.
“Even if they place a single brick to help, for me is something positive. Let us take the experience of those who have a more professional sport than us. The examples are very bad. Some sportsmen had more value, but if you don’t treat a sportsman as he deserves, he will leave one day”, says the former goalkeeper of the national football team, Foto Strakosha.
The MP Fidel Ylli explained something more about the draft-program that the opposition is preparing for sport.
“We have our possibility to implement, when in power, policies that will enable the sportsmen to give his efforts in Albania”, Fidel Ylli declared.
