The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, made a felicitation from
Marseille, where he is participating in the 20th Congress of European
Popular Parties.
“I want to express my congratulations to all young Albanians, because in these 20 years, you were the main force of the country’s democracy. You gave the victory of the right wing center in 2009, with your vote. You gave the victory of these principles in 2011, and I am convinced that you, with your energy, wisdom, vision, dedication and the high ideals of December 1990, will bring the deepest victory of June 2013”, Berisha declared.
