Berisha’s health stabilized

The Prime Ministry declared that his health conditions are stabilized. After staying at home for 15 hours, Berisha went at his office, while the planned visit to Montenegro was cancelled one day earlier.

The Prime Minister was attended by a very qualified medical team, even from a private hospital in Tirana, where he had been visited recently for a viral flu.

The PM Press Office declared that Berisha had been in a lipothymic state during the speech.

The doctors hesitate to speak in front of the cameras for his health conditions, and all of them say that it is caused by lowered blood pressure, which makes the brain receive less blood. Doctors say that this might be caused by a malfunctioning of the heart, by exhaustion, lack of sleep or an emotional state.

Sources near the Prime Minister declared that besides the viral flu, constant stress and exhaustion caused by heavy activities, Berisha had not slept enough one night before, because he had prepared the long speech that made him stand on his feet for 40 minutes.

The doctors that assisted him immediately at the Palace of Congresses, Mentor Petrela and Nestor Thereska, and the others that followed the Prime Minister’s tests, refused to speak for the media.

The PM Press Office declared that the tests revealed normal parameters and stable health condition.
