Berisha: The Constitution does not change

Within 24 hours after the opposition’s leader admission that 2008 constitution amendments
were not properly carried out, Prime Minister Sali Berisha has preceded every eventual request for new constitutional amendments by the opposition.
The Prime Minister’s stance was clear and peremptory; the majority will not accept any further amendments to the Constitution of Albania, as according to the Prime Minister, the cardinal document of the state cannot change according to the political needs of the day of whomever .
Withholding this position, the Prime Minister guarantees the citizens that the government will do its best in order to move forward in the process of integration.
