Berisha starts campaign in Shkoder

The Albanian Prime Minister chose the political stronghold city of
Shkoder to promote his party’s electoral slogan for the June 23rd
elections.
From the city where he celebrated the 22nd anniversary of his party’s foundation, Berisha declared that the Democratic Party’s history is related to every major achievement of our country.
“We are more determined than ever to win. We are looking forward to June 233d, to remove the blockage wall from our map. We are the change towards Europe! We are the change because the men and women of this country led us to each victory. We are the change! We are the victory!”, Berisha declared.
The Prime Minister claims that his strong advantage to his political opponent, Edi Rama, is related with the economic welfare of the Albanians.
“The difference between these men and women and you (Edi Rama) is that they want less poor people, while you want less rich people. The government is working with them to help the poor and create jobs, while you are promising a fast destruction of jobs, a tax raise and special taxes that you will never be able to impose”, Berisha declared.
The Democratic Leader appealed the Albanian citizens to join the Democratic Party program, which, according to him, is the political force of kept promises.
