Berisha on law of waste import

The Albanian Prime Minister, Sali Berisha, declared that the majority
will treat every stance for amending the laws in full accordance with
the Constitution.
“The return of the waste management law in Parliament by the President is a political action. The European Commission has a list of harmless waste materials. The import of waste materials is a constant process”, Berisha declared.
According to the head of the government, Albania will accept only 50 types of waste materials from the European Commission.
“According to the law, the waste materials will not be stored here, but they will be processed. The ‘Alliance of the Rubbish’ offers only deceits. I invite the civil society to monitor the process”, Berisha declared.
