The water level at the Osum River in Berat grew significantly yesterday, due to the increased water flow from mountainous torrents.
Top Channel’s correspondents in Berat say that the entire flat area of the city, along the river, has been flooded.
The water withdrew this morning, but the city roads are full of mud and waste.
