Kasem Mahmutaj, the candidate of the Democratic Party in Berat, held a
meeting in the Celepias neighborhood where he spoke about the change
that Berat needs on June 21st.
“These wonderful citizens will know how to chose the path of change on June 21st. We will be part of a historic change. Our city deserves to change and to be managed. Our life during these years has gone for the worse”, Kasem Mahmutaj declared, member of the APPD in Berat.
