Bellair cancels flights, passengers in airport

The passengers that have chosen to travel with the Bellair Company have
been waiting in Tirana’s Airport terminal for two days to travel to
Italy, since they have bought the tickets and cannot travel due to
canceled flights.
Bellair Company does not notify the passengers by phone or e-mail for the schedule changes, creating dissatisfactions among the passengers.
The representatives of this Company say that they have no right to give information about what is happening with the airplanes.
The citizens’ complaints have been frequent, but the company doesn’t take the responsibility to pay the passengers back.
