Lulzim Basha visited the Pacram area of Vau i Dejes to bring facts of
injustice and poverty he says is being brought by the government of Edi
Rama.
“The Energy Distribution told me I had been fined for consuming too little. What is a family that consumes too little? I have no energy at home. Come to verify it. No one has heard us”, one resident said.
“I have no job and I live on welfare. My fixed energy price is 35000 ALL. I haven’t even been at home in Shkoder. I don’t know who has written my name at that home. My debt is 50.000. I have obliged to tell them to cut energy off. I cannot leave my children without food”, another resident says.
“We don’t want pity, we just want our rights. We don’t want anything from anyone”, another resident said.
“I find people with 150.000 or 200.000 ALL to pay because they haven’t paid for energy”, another one said.
Basha invited the people of Albania to join once again the protest of the opposition on December 8th and show the strength of the people against injustice.
“The money that you pay for energy goes to Edi Rama. The taxes and debt are increased so that they can steal more, not to make your lives better. We will pardon the payment delay fines on the first day we are in power. Let’s start the confrontation this December 8th in Tirana. There is no reason to leave the evil any longer among us. Let’s cut their time and give you another chance, so that you can chose the government you want with your vote”, Basha said.
