The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, warned that the protest of the opposition will escalate, starting from the next week.
“On Monday, 11:00, we will block the traffic throughout Albania. Even on May 7th, in Kavaja, we will stop the crime and drug in Albania”, Basha declared.
Basha reiterated the stance of the opposition for a technical government that must prepare the next parliamentary elections.
“There will be no elections just for show, dictated by crime and drug. We want a technical government, with a wide political base. We want a true and determined fight against drug”, Basha said.
The Democratic Party leader underlined that the united opposition will not withdraw from their requests.
“There is no force that can stop this popular will”, Basha said.
