Basha reacts for the students’ card

A few days after the students expressed their concern that they have not
received the students’ card, as promised by the Mayor during his
campaign, Lulzim Basha has reacted.
Tirana’s Mayor Lulzim Basha says that they have distributed the card for the first 1000 students and that they will have advantages in supermarket, banks and cell phone operators.
“We have distributed a small number of cards, but we are working in full capacity and we have negotiated with a supermarket chain, with banks and cellular operators. We believe that this negotiation will open way to agreements with the banks, the cellular operators and a series of commercial chains in Tirana”, Basha declared.
One day ago, the young people of the Euro-Socialist forum asked the Mayor to keep the promise for the student’s card.
The Mayor has made possible the enlisting of 45 students to private high education institutions, after they were unable to enter the state university.
