Basha: Agron Kapllanaj, the legitimate Mayor of Mallakastra until valid elections are held

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, continued his tour with the party structures to discuss the political developments.

Accompanied by the General Secretary of the DP, Gazmend Bardhi, and the Mayor of Mallakastra, Agron Kapllanaj, Basha said that June 30^th were what decided the fate of this government.

“June 30^th is an electoral massacre proven in the eyes of everyone. The main responsible for this crime is Edi Rama”, Basha said. “The municipality of Mallakastra has a legitimate Mayor, Agron Kapllanaj, until there will be a regular electoral process”.
