The aggravated weather situation has blocked the Stebleva and Sebishti
area between Librazhd and Dibra, by creating a humanitarian emergency.
The news was given by the Socialist MP, who quoted the local resources while appealed the authorities to intervene as soon as possible.
“The Health Ministry must react immediately and send helicopters in the areas hit by bad weather”, Balla declared.
“In Stebleve, three sick persons request immediate medical help, while the residents of these areas have an urgent need for food and medicaments”.
Balla also informed that the situation is also bad in Stavraj and Rrajce, where the residents do not have heating appliances and the electric power has been cut for days.
