Bailiffs start executing CEZ court orders

Since last November, the CEZ Company has started cooperating with small
private bailiff companies for executing court orders for clients who
haven’t paid the electricity bills.

Together with 10 bailiff companies, this project is being implemented throughout the Albanian territory.

Each month the company brings 5-6000 similar cases to court for businesses, families and state institutions.

Brunilda Vasha, a CEZ lawyer, explained for Top News that the new ways for improving encashment procedures and also the quality of the Company services.

The lawyer explained the steps that are undertaken before the case goes to court.

“The number of court orders so far is 1391. “If the case goes to court and if it is proved that the client has paid the obligation, we retire from the case, by considering it as concluded.

If the case has been admitted and the bailiff procedure has started, it can be suspended when the client makes the entire payment. The also foresees that every measure taken from the clients will be returned to him if he makes full payment.

CEZ also creates an opportunity to the clients, by offering an payment through installments.
