Tirana Court released another order against the Socialist MP, Saimir
Tahiri. This decision allows bailiffs to execute the 2 million ALL fine
in favour of the Prime Minister’s children, Argita Malltezi and Shkelzen
Berisha.
Judge Ilir Celiku declared that Saimir Tahiri is obliged to pay a 1 million ALL fine for each of Berisha’s children, for moral damages and slander.
According to the judge, this decision is an executive order and the Bailiff is ordered to execute the order.
This court order was left effective by the Court of Appeal. The Socialist MP Sajmir Tahiri was found guilty for slander against the Prime Minister’s children, a fine that was reduced from 2.5 million for each of the plaintiffs to 1 million.
When contacted on the phone, Tahiri declared that he is not aware of this order, but he said that he will ask the court to suspend it.
