Bad weather in the entire country

The snow has covered the national roads in the north, in which drivers are advised to use tire chains. No roads have been blocked so far.

The areas that have been isolated are Lura, Kalaja e Dodes, Trebisht, Ostren, in which is lacking the electric power due to network problems. There are also problems in Kukës-Shishtavec, Kukës-Bushtricë and Kukës-Peshkopi and Kukes-Krume.

The bad weather has caused black outs in some villages and neighborhoods of Kukes, such as Zapod, Topojan, Grykë-Cajë, Arren, Bushtricë në Kukës, Margegaj and Lekbibaj in Tropojë.

Qafa e Llogarase is also advised to be crossed with tire chains.

Bad weather has also blocked many vessels in the Durres Port.
