The Supreme State Audit has filed a penal suit against the Association
for Treating Students no.1, claiming that they failed to implement the
foreseen laws.
The auditions results showed the absence of 3 million EUR, caused by the failure of this association to encase the obligations.
Sources at the SSA say that the audition was held for the period from 1 January 2010 and to 31 December 2011.
The same sources add that the penal lawsuit was also filed against two employees Association for Treating Students no.1.
