“I killed my daughter because I couldn’t face in the village the shame
that my daughter brought on my house”, declared Doksan Dushku from the
Prosecution of Serious Crimes, which is investigating this domestic
crime.

Dushku, from the Slova village, Diber, declared that his father put a shame on his family after he discovered she was five months pregnant. The father says this is the only reason why he killed the 21-year-old daughter after several hours of debate.

“I understood she was pregnant ten days before the crime. I asked her about the father, but she refused to tell. I called the other children and kept asking her, but she still didn’t tell. When everyone else was speaking, I was staying in the garden and she was doing houseworks. I couldn’t see anymore, took the gun and killed her”, Dushku declared.

He told that he lied that her murder was accidental for avoiding being ashamed in the village.

The Court of Serious Crimes left the senior citizen in prison, who is now looking up to 35 years in prison.

The Prosecution of Serious Crimes is waiting for the DNA test which might shed light on the father of the late 21-year-old.

The the Criminal Code amends, domestic crime cases are now part of the Court of Serious Crimes. 21 domestic crime murders have taken place from June 2013 to May 2014, mainly among spouses. 12 people are waiting for their sentences in prison.
