Arvizu meets Basha

The US ambassador in Tirana, Alexander Arvizu, attended a meeting with the Mayor of Tirana, Lulzim Basha.
The meeting was not held in the Municipality Office and not at the US Embassy, but in a bar at the second floor of an apartment building, far from curious eyes.
Mr. Arvizu and Mr. Basha might have discussed about Basha’s visit in Washington and New York, and other current matters.
A few days before traveling to the US, Mr. Arvizu met Basha at his office.
