Arrested in Lushnje for murder in Athens

An Albanian citizen who has allegedly killed another Albanian emigrant
in Greece nine years ago, was arrested in Lushnje. The 45-year-old Kasem
Vrapi was sentenced to 14 years in prison for premeditated murder in
cooperation.
Vrapi was arrested after the verdict issued by the Elbasan Court. He is accused of shooting to death the 25 year old B.Hila in Athens, on 24 November 2003.
The motive was a banal conflict between the killer and the victim. The Lushnje Police found the suspect at the village where he was born.
