”I will be ready to testify for this case that has already started, and I
will not leave for a moment, but I will stay until the investigation
will be over. I will face any indirect accusation”, declared a few days
ago the judge at the Puka Court, Shtjefen Lleshi.
But Lleshi’s guarantee did not convince the Prosecution, which asked for an arrest measure.
After receiving authorization from the High Council of Justice, the Prosecution addressed the court and asked his arrest. Although it is yet unknown what the judge will decide.
One day ago, the same court gave six arrest measure against the other members of the Puka scandal, leaving in prison the former Prosecutor of this district, the court chancellor, the secretary and two lawyers.
