Armando Kasaj found not guilty

After four sessions of the accelerated trial, the former IT of the Prime
Minister’s Office was found not guilty by the court. Armando Kasaj was
accused of obstructing justice.

Judge Herd Hoxha declared that the room where the server was kept was not Kasaj’s office, and the phone records show that Kasaj was at home when the footage were deleted from the server.

“It is categorically excluded that he was at the Prime Minister’s office at the time when the server was deleted. The court judges that the charges are based only on indications which should be precise and well related with each other”, Hoxha declared.

Armando Kasaj declared that he would file for a compenasation.

“I will ask for a compensation, but I value the court decision, although it was delayed. I was surrounded by concerning accusations from the Prosecution for one year”, Kasaj declared.

Now there is no suspect for the deleted footage of the Prime Ministry’s cameras that showed the January 21st killings.

The Prosecution declared for Top Channel that they will appeal.
