Armand Duka, candidate for the UEFA Executive Committee

The President of the Albanian Football Federation, Armand Duka, is one of the candidates for the UEFA Executive Committee.

This is the first time that an Albanian football representative may be part of Europe’s highest football organization.

The elections will be held on April 5th, in Helsinki.

The Uefa Executive Committee has 16 members, with a four-year term each. Every member has the right to rerun.

Duka’s presence, if elected, may have a positive influence for voting “National Arena”, Tirana’s new stadium (currently under construction), to be used for the UEFA Supercup.
