The Socialist Party declared that Argita Malltezi’s declaration,
after the interview of Zafar Ansar on Top Channel, does not explain
anything but is considered a harsh language against the opposition.
“Naturally we will not respond with the same words and style as his daughter”, Shalsi declared.
“The Prime Minister’s daughter law firm has a clear conflict of interest with her father’s position. Our concern was and remains on why a foreign or Albanian businessman should contact and negotiate with Berisha’s daughter for activities that need the permission of her father’s office. Why does she agree to talk with businessmen that come out of her father’s office? Why does she offer consulence or services for foreign and Albanian investors who negotiate with the government? Why is the Prime Minister’s daughter trading properties on which an activity will need her father’s licence?”, Shalsi declared.
According to Shalsi, it is clear that the Prime Minister’s daughter is in a difficult position. He says that she shouldn’t avoid answers for the harsh accusations made by a foreign businessman.
Braçe: Who is the owner of the land that Argita was selling?
The Socialist MP, Erjon Brace, brought new facts on Facebook about the land that was being negotiated between the Prime Minister’s daughter and a foreign businessman.
Argita Berisha declared on a press release that the land didn’t belong to the state, and that it had a private owner who could chose the price that he wants for selling it.
Despite this explanation, the Socialist MP declared that still she didn’t answer about the name of the owner, and how did Damir Fazlic receive 25.000 square meters of land in Porto Romano.
Brace says that he has another evidence, the property title of “Crown Acquisitions”, a company owned by Damir Fazlic for a new strip of land in a 55.000 square meters area.
As regards the ownership of this land, Brace asked Malltezi by saying: “How did Damir Fazlic become owner of this land, after Argita Berisha admitted that he was her client?”
