Arben Isufaj, also known as Ben Qimja, was left today in house arrest.
Isufaj was arrested a few months ago since he is wanted from the Italian state, where he is convicted for a series of accusations.
The Fier Court rejected the Prosecution’s request to leave him in prison for 30 other days, time needed for preparing the extradition documents, but the First Instance Court in Fier rejected it.
In today’s session, the court decide to leave Arben Isufaj in house arrest.
