Arben Frroku found innocent

The Court said that the declarations of the defense witnesses were not stable, and this declaration was the only evidence of the Prosecution for Frroku’s crime.

The Prosecution had asked life in prison, but the Court rejected it.

The defensive lawyer of Arben Frroku valued the decision of the Court and added that he will instruct his client to demand a compensation for the unjust suffering.

“We are happy with the decision. The Prosecution’s arguments could not stand because the client could not have been in Tirana and in Thessaloniki in the same time, on the time o the murder. The victim has ties with other people and the Prosecution should have investigated them too”, the lawyer declared.
