Appeal finds Kasaj not guilty

The Court of Appeal found the Prime Ministry’s IT not guilty for the charges of obstructing justice.
The Appeal left in effect the verdict given by the Court of First Instance, while the Prosecution had asked 2 years in prison for Kasaj, accusing him of deleting the January 21st images from the Prime Ministry’s central server.
But the judge panel declared that Armando Kasaj had not deleted the footage, and found him not guilty.
Rama on Twitter: The January 21st trial has not started yet
Right after this decision, the Socialist leader reacted on Twitter, saying that the trial for the January 21st crimes has not started yet, and that another fake verdict was fabricated by the Courts for january 21st.
