Anxiety at the Peci family

Several hours after the anxiety and waiting for any news about the
health of Corporal Alexander Peci, his younger sister was the first to
surrender. She showed health problems, caused by the stress, and the
relatives sent her for a visit to hospital.

The presence of a nun in his family shows that more than ever they are hoping for the God’s will, together with a notification on the house wall, which says that today, at 17:00, everyone is invited to pray for Aleksander in church.

Hundreds of people, friends and relatives, keep visiting the house. The Zallherr Commandos are there, who show their regret for the loss of their friend who died, Feti Vogli, and the anxiety for the conditions of the 24-year-old from Lekbibaj, Tropoja, who lives in Bathore.

The news that Aleksander was sent to Germany for a better medical care is a good hope for his family.

“We had more hopes after we heard that he was sent to Germany”, declared his uncle, Nikoll Peci.

The house of Jak Peci has very modest conditions, and the main room is adopted for receiving the many visits of the people who come to give him hopes.

“He engaged in the army 4 years ago. This was his first mission to Afghanistan”, says his father, Jak Peci.

The Kamza Municipality tried to ease the anxiety of the family by announcing through the Mayor that Aleksander Peci was declared Honored Citizen.
