Another blood feud murder in Shkoder

A 40 year old from Bushat was killed for blood feud. The victim is
Lulzim Qarri, reeve of village Mali i Jushit, who was released from
prison two years ago, for a murder committed in 2000.
The victim was killed in Bushat, while he was walking alone. Six bullets was shot from point blank range. The victim had seen the murderers and had tried to escape by entering his car, but he has then crashed into a canal and died.
Police says that the authors have been identified, while five people have been interrogated for information.
The police suspects that the motive was a 20 year old conflict between the Qarri and Qose families in the village. The blood feud starts in 1992, when the head of the Qarri family was killed with firearm. For this murder, the victim that died today, Lulzim Qarri, killed a male of the Qose family, for the blood feud. He was arrested and after staying in prison for eight years, he was killed today and the blood feud chain continues.
