Analyst Henri Cili: Veliaj, Rama’s adversary within the SP

The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, announced this Saturday that he is running for a second term.

For analyst Henri Cili, this is more than just an announcement for running in the local elections.

According to Cili, Mayor Veliaj is building the image of a national leader, to challenge Rama within the Socialist Party.
