This means that the simplest measure or punishment for a citizen for violating the emergency measures is a fine or up to 6 months in prison and when this is done by a commercial entity, it will be up to 2 years in prison.
The failure to comply with the quarantine order by a carrier or non-carrier of the infectious disease is punishable by 2-3 years in prison.
Deliberate spread of infectious disease through actions or non-actions is punishable by 2-5 years in prison.
