“Albpetrol”, Haxhinasto: We are verifying documents

Very soon there will be a decision regarding this tender. After the 850 million EUR bid, the biggest offer, there has been no more official information. No stance or declaration for increasing the transparency of this process.

“We must not speculate. We must see the process that is completely legal and transparent. You have seen the administration of the bids given by the companies. It is a period of identifying the documentation and very soon we will have the final decision of the Commission, as regards the offers that have been presented for the privatization of Albpetrol”, Haxhinasto declared.

Haxhinasto made these declarations while inspecting the Ashta hydropower plant, in Shkoder, which is expected to start working in full capacity in the next week. Speaking about the energy and hydropower plants, Haxhinasto declared that the hydric situation is satisfactory.
