After Rrashica, Shala, Meha and Rama, another former player of Albania has joined Kosovo.
The player has sent a letter to the Albanian Football Federation to express his decision, and has even announced it on his social networks.
Kosovo has received so far five players who used to be on Albania. Meanwhile, many players of other national teams in Europe have not decided yet to play for their birthplace.
Rrahmani has posted an explanation for his decision, underlining how difficult it was for him to chose and how his decision to play for Kosovo, where he was born, is nothing against Albania. It simply shows how connected both teams are, exchanging each others’ players with good understanding.
