The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, reacted after the killing of Oliver Ivanovic, the Serbian politician in Kosovo who was shot today in Northern Mitrovica, should not influence the dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
Meta expressed his condolences and strongly condemned the killing of the Serbian politician.
The President trusts that the respective authorities will shed light on this crime and bring the authors to justice.
“This criminal act should not be reflected on the dialogue between Serbia and Kosovo, a very important process for the European future of both countries, and also for the peace and security of our region”, Meta writes.
