Albanian PM Edi Rama reacts after house arrest order for Tahiri

After the Court gave a house arrest order for the former Interior Minister, Saimir Tahiri, the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, reacted on Facebook.

Rama said that today’s decision is respected as a right of the judiciary institutions.

“Today’s decision for Tahiri will not be commented, it is only respected as a right of justice institutions, which owe the country an independent, transparent process, with full constitutional and professional integrity, guaranteeing justice that is not affected by political, mediatic or diplomatic influences”, Rama writes.
