Attending the South-Eastern Defense Ministerial meeting in Belgrade, the Deputy Minister for Defense, Petro Koci, responded to the General Secretary of the Serbian Minister of Defense, Bojan Jocic.
The Serbian representative said that his country is against the unilateral declaration of Independence by Kosovo, and said that the creation of the Kosovo Armed Forces is very dangerous for the region.
The Deputy Minister of Defense, Petro Koci, declared that Kosovo is an independent country that should be invited in the SEDM.
“Kosovo’s accession in such regional initiatives not only contributes to peace but also to the stability in the region. It also helps the spirit of dialogue and realization between Prishtina and Belgrade”, Koci said.
