The Israeli Newspaper, “Haaretz”, is one of the main media outlets engaged in exposing the Panama Papers scandal.
The newspaper says that among the document of the Panama legal firm is the name of Assaf Halkin, a lawyer who has registered four companies through Mossack Fonseca.
One of the businesses owned by Halkini is GFI technologies, registered in Anguilla with the purpose to invest in a high-tech company in Albania.
“Haaretz” writes that the owners of the company are the Albanian Ismail Mulati and the Canadian firm Global Fluids International S.A.
Halkini has not answered to the questions of journalists about the investments of the company in question.
