Albania-Mexico, no visa

This request was made to the Mexican Foreign Minister, Patricia Espinosa, during a meeting she had with the Albanian Foreign Minister, Edmond Haxhinasto.

During his visit in Mexico, Haxhinasto signed a Cooperation Agreement with the Mexican Foreign Ministry and The Memorandum of Understanding between the Diplomatic Academies.

Minister Haxhinasto said that the signing of these protocols must be followed by concrete measures, such as the signing of new agreements for lifting the visa regime between the two countries and the removal of double taxation.

Haxhinasto also met the Chairman of the Senate, Senator Jose Gonzales Morfin, and representatives of the Mexican business. The Senator Morfin underlined the necessity of strengthening the relations between Albania and Mexico, as two countries that share the same values.

The official visit of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Edmond Haxhinasto, concluded with a meeting with the representatives of the Mexican business, in presence of high representatives from “Promexico”, the Mexican Council for the Foreign Trade and representatives of the business community.
