Precipitations continued over the night and have already caused problems in Gjirokastra, where the Gjirokaster-Lugina e Cajupit is considered dangerous due to landslides.
Roads to Lunxheria, Picar, Zhulat and Fushebardha in Gjirokaster are also considered dangerous, while the national road along the Drinos River can only be crossed by heavy vehicles.
The most endangered regions are Fier and Vlora, according to Civilian Emergencies. Director Shemsi Premci declared that children will go to school until Friday, but parents will have to take them to and off school.
