Ahmetaj: ERE has been delayed

The Socialist MP, Arben Ahmetaj, who has been reporting in the last days
the irresponsibility of the government and the Energy Regulation Entity
for the management of this sector by CEZ, declared that the ERE
investigations are delayed.
“The value of this company went from 264 million EUR to 13.4 million EUR. In 2012, because of the losses, this value will go negative. ERE is reminded to take the steps ears after the damage has started and when the system is on the brink of collapse. ERE and the Albanian government are very late”, Ahmetaj declared.
Ahmetaj said that for the last three years, CEZ not only has not made any investment, but they have deteriorated the energy situation by causing to the Albanian state an energy pyramid scheme that will have grave consequences to the economy.
