Agencies: Interfering for formal market

The real estate agencies are requesting a legal regulation of their activity, as it happens for lawyers and notaries.
Gathered for the first time in a forum, the real estate agents say that time for fighting informal market has come, in order to protect the interests of consumers.
“We can make it as it is for many other companies that operate in the Albanian territory, which are unifying and obligatory for their operations”, declared lawyer Artan Hajdari.
The real estate market in Albania is growing each day. The formal transactions through agencies increased with 50% in the first three months of this year, compared to the same period of last year.
