The former Albanian Foreign Minister, Fatmir Xhafaj, appeared together with Mayor Veliaj in a meeting with the residents of the Municipal Unit 10.
According to Xhafaj, Veliaj, the Mayor of Tirana, is one of those people who come to power not to occupy an important post, but to serve to the people, and his ambition is to leave something great behind.
“Some people are just happy with the post they get, with the power it gives them. Others have a mission. They want to leave their marks through this opportunity. Erio Veliaj is such. Four years ago we had to talk about who Erion Veliaj was. Today there’s no need. His works speak for themselves. His team should only show the works that they have done and that they are currently doing”, Xhafaj said.
