The Taiwan Company won back the right to use its parking, with a court decision.
After suing the Tirana Municipality for the intervention made some days ago, this Company won the right to start the trial against them.
The decision of Judge Fatmira Hajdari, the Tirana Municipality must remove the concrete blocks that were placed a few days ago for blocking the vehicles from parking in the parking space of the Taiwan Complex.
Until a later final decision, the court has decided to prohibit any action that touches its property.
